This Is My Plymouth Road Runner: 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner.”440″ four speed car, with bench seat, Sunshine Orange with a Black Interior. The car was found in New Hampshire and had sat for 25years, it had quite a bit of rust (only the roof and rockers where good). The restoration took over seven years. I bought the car because I remember how my best friend in Miami Fla. Lee Mansfield would always beat my Z28 Camaro with his Roadrunner, so when I saw the add in Hemmmings Motor News I figured this was my chance do the same. I really love the car it’s a brute, the “440” is stroked too 472cu.inches, with “Brodix” Aluminum Heads, a Cross-Ram with Twin Demons, and lots of other goodies (custom Retro-Look) it was built by my good friend from Miami Rick Rapp at ” Heads by Rick” in Las Vegas, it makes 565hp at 4500Rpm and lots of torque. Every time I take the car out for a drive a smile the whole time, it’s like a “Time Warp” others on the road seem to enjoy also as I always get a thumbs-up. Thank you for considering my car.
