This Is My Plymouth Road Runner: 1968 Plymouth Road Runner. 383 engine bored 30 over. Heads are ported and polished with a 3 angle competition valve job. Ported the tunnel ram. Two Holley 750 Double Pumpers. 250 HP Nitrous direct-ported. 11″ Hayes Pro Stock Clutch. Lakewood scattershield. Hurst 4-speed super shifter with reverse lockout. Narrowed Dana 60 with 4:56 Gears. Competition Plus Wheelie Bars. Stock wheel tubs were split in half and added a piece in the middle to make them wider. Leaf springs were moved in under the frame to accommodate the large 33x13x15 tires. Welded tubing to connect the front and rear sub-frames together. Front shock ratio 0f 90/10, Rear shock ratio of 75/25. Imron Orange paint job. I built this mopar in the early 80’s and it still looks like this today. It still has the 8-track player in the dash.
